By far one of the less expensive experiences on the Island. This local family run business has roots that go back generations. The boats are large and covered for shade. We were given a history of the area as we floated down the river. The fern grotto was beautiful and peaceful, loved the history about how it was discovered by a group of scouts.
The trip back was filled with music and a Hulu lesson.

Boarding the boat felt a little confusing, people rushed to line up as they were getting people off the previous boat, being rule followers who waited until we were told to line up left us in the very back of the line, when we finally got on board people had placed bags down on the seats leaving little space, the crew was great about encouraging people to make space, we wound up sitting on the back bench which turned out to be ideal as we were able to see both sides as well as the crew in the front. It was a nice way to spend a couple of hours for a very reasonable price.
